Our Company, NiFLEX Engineering and Metal Processing LLC with 40 employees have been established in 1997. Scope of activity:

• Production of special and small series machines, sub-assemblies and parts
• Manufacture of machinery and parts according to the Customer’s documentation
• Assembly works including electrical assembly according to European Standards
• Structural plate works: cutting, bending, assembly, welding.

Our activity is professedly corresponding to the machine-tool stock composed of universal machining equipment (lathe tools, milling machines, grinding machines, etc.) and to our team with great professional experience and skill and with praiseworthy vocation.

Beside many small machining equipment our company possesses some special machine-tools of greater importance:

• Axle lathes (diameter: 600 mm, length: 3000 mm),
• Cylinder jacket grinder (diameter: 600 mm, length: 3000 mm),
• CNC machining centre MC/1250/P (1250x1250 mm),
• Planer milling machine (800x1000 mm, length: 3000 mm).

All manufactured parts are carefully controlled in our Measuring room before delivery. Our Quality Assurance System is certified according to ISO 9001 continuously since 2005.
